Mr Priyabrata Dash(CEO)
Technology industry leader and engineering principal Mr Priyabrata Dash joined Rubysoft System Pvt Ltd in 2017 and has played key roles in building the company’s approach in Amusement Industries. Having experience in building large project from scratch, his vision is to make Rubysoft System as one stop solution for amusement industries.
A 24-year in-depth industry experience, Mr. Priyabrata held several key positions at Adlabs Entertainment Ltd (Adlabs Imagica), Reliance Capital, Aamby Valley City (Sahara India) before joining Rubysoft System as CEO. He has started Aamby Valley City and Adlabs Imagica projects from scratch during his tenure as department head.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Institution of Engineers (India) and a post graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune. He has received many accolades from Industries and Forums.
Mr Bhaskar Sarkar(COO)
Mr Bhaskar Sarkar as COO in Rubysoft System having 23 years of industries experience in India and abroad. He is instrumental in Airline, Media, Retail, Hospitality and IT Projects. He has abound knowledge through technical trainings from Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques (SITA) for GDS systems. He was also technically trained in vertical of newsroom automation (AP ENPS), Playout automation (Sony, Louth &Omnibus) electronic news gathering. He administered the first 3G network testing which was demonstrated and executed for live streaming of video content over the network in India & Malaysia. Prior joining Rubysoft System, He was working in one of the leading retail chain management in USA.
CA Swapnabrata Dash
Swapnabrata Dash is Head Financial Consulting of Rubysoft System. He is having 18 years of experience in Project Financing, Financial Report, Accounting, Reporting, Taxation, Internal and External audit, Budgeting, Direct & Indirect Tax planning.
He has expertise in project financing, preparation of DPR, Liasoning with banks and financial Institutions; working capital funding through preparation of AFSs, FFS, short term projections and Liasoning with banks; Audit of companies, Income Tax Audit and GST Audit; Preparation of Annual Reports for companies after finalization of accounts under Indian GAAP, Complying with income tax, GST, Sales Tax, VAT, Excise and Service tax.
By Profession, he is a Charted Accountant, Economist and certified government registered valuer. for companies with 16 years of experience.
Sitanshu Satapathy
A 24-year in-depth industry experience, Mr. Sitanshu Satapathy held several key positions at Adlabs Entertainment Ltd (Adlabs Imagica), Calvin Klein, French Connection UK, Staples UK, Compass UK and Kuoni Travels in senior level before joining as Co- Founder and Advisor Committee of Rubysoft System Pvt Ltd. He has started Adlabs Imagica projects from scratch during his tenure as VP Operation Business Process and HR, donning multiple hats as Head of Operations, Guest Relations and Commercials of the parks & Hotel (287 rooms five-star deluxe hotel operated by an international brand) with full responsibility P& L ownership and decision-making, Business Processes, Safety, CSAT, and P&L accountability of Revenue for 2,500M plus. Orchestrated B2C +B2B+ B2W operations and guest experience for 4 parks.,
He is a Charted Account by profession with MBA in Finance and Post Graduate in Business and Applied Economics. He has received many accolades from Industries and Forums.
